RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a free 5 day trial policy. If 5 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a return, refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- If the item is worn,damaged or not in its original packing a return shall not be processed.
- Each Trestilo T-shirt comes with a tag seal. If the tag seal is removed or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.
Return Pickup & Charges
- We offer reverse pickup in select locations for your convenience.
- A ₹250 reverse pickup charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse. In such cases, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
How to initiate a return
- You can request a return directly through our website by logging into your account and selecting the item you wish to return.
- Alternatively, you may email us at contact@trestilo.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and shipping details.
Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges for eligible items.
- Exchanges are chargeable, so we strongly recommend checking our size chart before placing an order.
- The exchange fee varies by location and will be displayed at the time of exchange request.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed. Further exchanges for the same item/order will not be accepted.
- All exchange items must meet our return eligibility criteria — unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with the tag seal intact.
