Refund policy
- Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hours from the date of order is picked, subject to your returns passing quality checks.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only on items returned in original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- If the item is worn,damaged or not in its original packing a refund shall not be processed.
- In every Trestilo T-shirt, a tag seal is attached along with the tag. If the tag seal is removed or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for a refund.
- The return request must be raised within 5 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund
- You can request a refund directly through our website by logging into your account and selecting the item you wish to return.
- Alternatively, you may email us at contact@trestilo.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll share return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Please note
- If reverse pickup is available at your location, we will arrange it for you.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you will be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse. The return address will be shared with you upon approval.
- A reverse pickup fee of ₹250 will be deducted from your refund amount, if we arrange the pickup.
Refund Timeline
- Once the return is approved and received, please allow 7-9 business days for the amount to be credited to your original mode of payment.
- For a cash on delivery order you will receive a link on WhatsApp and email. You need to put in your number and accept refund via UPI/Bank account transfer. It will take 7-9 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
